Papers

Authors are invited to submit abstracts representing the original work and relevant to the conference themes

 

- Abstracts should only be submitted via the submission portal in the format of the MS Word document

 

- There is a limit of five contributed submissions per potential author

 

- Abstracts should not exceed 500 words

 

- At least five keywords need to be included in the abstract seperated with semicolons

 

- Authors names and their affiliations should be removed as double-blind review process is implemented for paper abstract submissions

 

- Once the abstract is submitted you should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. If you do not receive it please contact us at Volunteers.lib@aqr.ir

 

If your abstract has been accepted, you need to submit your full paper before the deadline

 

- Similar to abstract submissions, full papers should be submitted via the submission portal in the format of the MS Word document

 

- The maximum length for paper submissions is 10 pages (11-Point Times New Roman font) including tables and figures

 

- Full papers should contain the description of your study including the following sections: Title, Abstract, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Conclusions, Acknowledgements (if applicable) and References

 

- Contributions must conform to APA referencing style. Authors are encouraged to use EndNote reference management tool

 

- Once the paper is accepted, at least one of the authors must register for the conference and present the paper at the conference
